PitchLab (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides a platform that connects investors and founders for pitch practice sessions. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our services. By using PitchLab, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

We collect different types of information depending on whether you are an investor or a founder.

For investors, we may collect your first name, last name, email address, country, business type, languages spoken, years of investing experience, years of total work experience, highest position held in a venture capital firm, number of pitch decks reviewed, entrepreneurial experience, and standard WordPress profile information. Some information such as your LinkedIn profile or professional background may be displayed publicly on our website or within the booking application.

For founders, we may collect your first name, last name, email address, country, company details, and other information you provide when creating a profile or booking a session.

For both investors and founders, we may also collect information related to bookings, communications, and use of the platform. In the future, we may provide AI-based session recording and transcription services, in which case recordings and transcripts may also be collected and stored.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, to facilitate bookings and payments, to communicate with you, and to ensure compliance with our policies. Investor information may also be displayed on our website for discovery and matching purposes.
